Ya, Zenia is one of my favourite but the paint look a bit wear off from outside.

Example of zenia corner but u won't b able to get at 2.5m. Not even 2s corner.

Zenia has been repainted 3yrs ago where its now look vely fresh.

Getting landed in dpc mainly need to know the mthly fee. Zenia is 1 of the vely affordable wan. Csm is bout 50% more n facing leakage prob.

Nadia is cheap n nice with the biggest greenery in dpc. Adiva a for ppl who likey seksan pattern. Adora fee vely expensive due to low density.

Those indi title wan oso hardly able to get 2.5m for corner.

Landed is scarce here. Value is there even when rental can't beat condo.

1. For Adiva, what is seksan pattern ah?
2. Do you have floor plan for 2 storey Zenia?
3. What you think about Breeaway landed?

Due to my budget, maybe I will go for Intermediate. Casaman look grand but over budget la. Thanks a lot for the quick view!!!

Bw is mini mansion where u hav access to everywhere in dpc but I dun fancy tat due to layout. Bw has some leakage issue like csm too. Maintenance approaching 1k per mth.

Get a gd corner. U won't regret if for own use.

Vely personal wan boss. 1st of all I dislike the high fee for csm. So unless no option then onli explore csm.

Boss then I would suggest dun get corner lo. There r some inter unit oso sibeh ok wan. U hav to look deeper to get the gd deal.
