bro aku terus terang la..
aku xleh move on lg. susah gila babi. everyday sure got a few moments of reminiscing. this is what drove me to the brink of 14th floor (my depression state, lucky im still sane) My first love of my life 8 years mann still study until plan nk kahwin.
even im married now for two years. sometimes aku mcm org bodoh, layan perasaan, kept thinking about things that should have not happen.
the damage so bad and i just cant love my wife the way i used to love my ex. im a broken man. duno if my advise good or not

people say forgive and forget. the things thats happened, i just cant forgive that betina sundal (not wanie404). i just cant.

maybe its just me. IDK. you need to forget.

but do things like ,
positive:-
remove/destroy anything that reminds u of her
delete her on social media (aku terus delete facebook, so no more FB since 2016) no insta etc, only /k my thing now.
forgive her and her family
get busy. go to gym.

i dont do all positive things.
most i did is destructive / negative. but it felt sure good.
