Hi peeps
I used to be a VERY BIG fan of Star Wars  still a fan, but smaller now, hehe....here are some of the manila card models i used to make (back when i was 14 yrs old). Recently took them out and they are in really bad condition, crumpled and stained; my mother said my cousins played with them really heavily while i was away studying in uni.. sigh and i lost all the templates i created to make them, thrown away years ago by my unsuspecting parents... *sigh*a couple of X-wings and an F15 Eagle (nosecone missing)- in scale with each other  T65 X-Wing (materials: hardcard behind typical writing pad, manila card, 'magic pen', satay sticks)  Y-Wing ((materials: manila card, 'magic pen', satay sticks)  AT-AT (manila card, hardcard)  all crumpled beyond recognition by the way peeps, how much do you think these will fetch in the market? they are from Micro Machines/Galoob Action Fleet series, bought so long ago... I have quite a huge collection of SW minis. With Leia, Darth Vader, Grevious, Han Solo, the robot buddies, classic figures and lots and lots of clone and storm troopers. Don't know if this is the right place, but if anyone wants to take over my collection please feel free to give me a pm. They're all in MINT condition as I am a serious collector. Just don't have time to collect and the space to maintain such huge star wars collection. Putting all my time and attention and money into comics now as its easier to maintain them. Superman07, you'll need to rescale your images. They're too large!
I would suggest hosting your pictures at imageshack.us and using their "resize image" function. Image size of 640 x 480 is more forum-friendly. In the meantime, I've placed your images in spoiler tags. |

Recently found some spare time to take photos of recent hauls.
So just to share with you all my recent mini haul. (Millenium Falcon - Hasbo, Star Trek Konami Figure Collection, Hot Toys Batman Original Costume, Ranger-Scar L and AVP-R Cosbaby. The millenium falcon size too big blocking the Batman behind...sorry  I have always dream of owning the millennium falcon one day. But when i was young parents didnt wanna buy for me. And almost ended up buying the lego collector's edition millenium falcon, but luckily i waited.Guess good things really comes to those who wait and wish. Share some quick pics with you all.     Check out the cool detailed interiors with smuggling bay and the table where R2D2 and Chewbacca was playing those star wars style holographic chess. Lights up as well..cool!  This was the scene when those stormtroopers came in searching for any sign of life in the falcon, where Han, Luke and everyone was hiding under those smuggling bays.  The gunner hatch (fits 1 3inch figure as well, to shoot those tie fighter's to bits.  Mini Compartment to store more 3-inch figures wohooo!! All in all this is a must for any star wars fans. Cause the Millennium Falcon has been such an iconic ship in the Star Wars Series. Now need to find C3PO, R2D2, Luke, Obi-Wan, and Princess Leia before the falcon can take flight. |

I think most of the shops retailing the falcon for around RM750 since it was the stated retail by hasbro malaysia, but surely certain toy shops will have a few discounts here and there. Try asking and see how it goes. The interactive R2-D2 is a must, for star wars fans, i have the first generation interactive R2-D2 in my cupboard somewhere later show you. Cause the Millennium Falcon has been such an iconic ship in the Star Wars Series. Now need to find C3PO, R2D2, Luke, Obi-Wan, and Princess Leia before the falcon can take flight. |

To all X-wing (Luke Dagobah Edition) owners:
Been doing some questionnaire after finding a QC fault on the X-wing wing,it wont lock and hold as it should be in attack mode,the wing will be shaky like butterfly,pretty obvious,even in normal mode,the shakiness are noticable as if something does not hold betwwen the wing and the main body. 3 of my friends bought it recently and all of them have the same problem the previous version had no such issues whatsoever |

Hey bro Superman07, this time round for the materials used to produce this new mold for the falcon is very good i might say.
Plastic quality goes through better quality check by hasbro. Even the top flap covers are quite good quality. you can feel it when removing it to reveal the inner compartments. The hinge all are thick and doesnt break easily. So what you waiting for? Go Go Go before its all gone. |

The box art was fantastic but the real thing is too clean IMO. I went to a shop today and the owner offered me RM680 for the MF though I'm not a regular customer and I assume price will go down further. Looking at the history of Hasbro, they will keep on coming out with the same thing at cheaper price or same price but more figurines, take Republic Gunship and Imperial Shuttle for example. For all you know, TRU might have 20% or more discount for this unit in months. Hasbro is creating the hype and subsequently skim it to lower price in order to get back their capital for the new MF mold.I think the only thing collectors should rush to collect now is Master Replicas stuffs such as Force FX lightsaber since Master Replicas is no more the licensee for SW and what's in the market now is left over stocks (though Hasbro is producing Force FX lightsaber moving forward but their QC is very questionable). Some of the very few manufacturers that produce limited SW stuffs are Gentle Giant, Master Replicas and Lego, other than that you'll always find surplus and re-issue. I have learned these things the very hard ways, so don't fall into the gimmicks of Hasbro. |

Guys i just a bought the ARC-170 & it looks great. But i jst curious, they don't labels (stickers) for the cockpit electronics control panel. Just blank. Do they have? Would have love it if lego did this model with opening interiors as well like the version 2.0 Lego falcon. Check this taiwan collector's stop motion video capture as well building the falcon up, he must have took about 10400 still photos just to make this video, really respect him. I have a few Gentle Giant Star Wars mini-busts that i want to let go. They are opened of course but in good condition. Been buying a lot of PS3 games lately and now i find i am out of cash. I have the following: Darth Vader, Darth Maul, General Grievous, Jango Fett (with arms), Yoda, Leia in Boussh disguise, Qui Gon, Luke Skywalker (Jedi outfit), Chewbecca, Ben Kenobi and Leia (white outfit). The shop I got the gunship is willing to get from me from Japan at RM550...IT would be great to get the obiwan (with the chinese swordplay pose) which can snap next to it I bought around RM500 i think, but i did not get the obiwan. Still consider. Haha. no place to put already, even my general grievous still in the box. Only open once to check parts. |

wow great stuff ppl have! I've been collecting Star Wars figures since 1995...mostly 3-3/4" figures...I've around 300 ...mostly kept in the store bcoz my house is out of space.....I took out some to take some photos....

The new SS vader does not come with the neck chain like the medicom versions, medicom version Episode III and IV Vader both features opening helmet to reveal normal vader and burnt vader.
I am expecting SS vader to be full one piece helmet that has no opening helmet feature. Here you go bro, and later when i get the falcon back after full weathering and airbrushing, will certainly post more pics for you. So just to share with you all my recent mini haul. (Millenium Falcon - Hasbo, Star Trek Konami Figure Collection, Hot Toys Batman Original Costume, Ranger-Scar L and AVP-R Cosbaby. The millenium falcon size too big blocking the Batman behind...sorry I have always dream of owning the millennium falcon one day. But when i was young parents didnt wanna buy for me. And almost ended up buying the lego collector's edition millenium falcon, but luckily i waited.Guess good things really comes to those who wait and wish. Share some quick pics with you all. Check out the cool detailed interiors with smuggling bay and the table where R2D2 and Chewbacca was playing those star wars style holographic chess. Lights up as well..cool! This was the scene when those stormtroopers came in searching for any sign of life in the falcon, where Han, Luke and everyone was hiding under those smuggling bays. The gunner hatch (fits 1 3inch figure as well, to shoot those tie fighter's to bits. Mini Compartment to store more 3-inch figures wohooo!! All in all this is a must for any star wars fans. Totally agree with quiksilve...For me, the only time I will spend a bomb on a figure is actually for statues as I don't play with it or anything, therefore need no articulation or whatever. My advice is if you want something realistic but no articualtion, go for statues as even the colour is more durable and by not having articluation, there will not be a problem of joints screwing up i.e. loose, break. If you are articulation freak, go for Medicom and if you are a regular collector, go for Sideshow. |

just bought 2 new vehicles recently.....
Latest SAGA Dagabah X-wing...one thing missing is the R2 so there's a hole on the x-wing..have to open a r2 figure to put it in... 
The Snow Speederbike is using the same mold as the POTF speederbike, Just different colour...(I have the previous POTF Scout speederbike, Luke & Leia speederbike). 
Lastly I bought some Unleashed figures from ebay...

unfortunately the clone trooper helmet doesnt have a true voice changer. as far as I know. still i would love to have one. heheh
what i would love is owning one of these costumes.

Some figures sideshow were given the distribution rights by medicom. Probably that confuse you. I was told Medicom is a more exact replica than sideshow. Medicom are slightly smaller scale than Sideshows 1/6 scale. 300mm is their usual scale. So i don't considered it true 1/6 scale.
Thats why when you place medicom and sideshow 12-inch side by side the medicom's will look shorter. But because medicom is using their revolution real action hero body the articulation can be more fluid and natural as compared to sidehsows body. In US sidehow carries the authorised distributor rights for medicom's RAH products hence you see the interlink of both companies. Yes medicom have to pay premium price due to the japan license and the quality of the materials they use. Both have their pros and cons in terms of playability and pose. I see everywhere the clone trooper voice changer is 169.99. ANy place sell them cheaper? Toyworkers?
ALso only 2 button got voice? What's the button below the 2 buttons? Also can the upper circular thing be turned? |

its not really a voice changer to me..
the lower button just amplify ur voice.. and add a radio or walkie talkie background sound... nop, that round thing cannot turn i guess.. can anyone tell me where can i get a clone 1:1 scale blaster rifle?? |

I think the clone helmet is worth it...I need to find a way to cover up more of the lens to look like the original....

Today's acquisition. Couldn't get 10% discount on the Palpatine & Shadow Stormtrooper even it didn't have blue & red markings the counter say if it's not registered in the computer means no discount... I wanted to argue but dunno what to say.
