i am seller ,

the situation,

1)i did send the item using poslaju to the buyer, but the poslaju said that the buyer didn't at home during that delivery time ( so is the buyer said) .

2)currently the item is at the pejabat post.

3) i already give the tracking code to the buyer.

4) i already call the poslaju hot line and ask about the pejabat post name and telephone number , and the information already pass to the buyer.

so , the question is

1) do i need to make the refund for this situation?

2) what other thing i need to do settle the thing ( my responsibility)

no need to refund, because u already sent the item, n the items still not loss or damaged. besides,u already give valid tracking code to the buyer. wait for the buyer to pick up the item first.

You're not responsible for making sure buyer is home during delivery. Ask buyer to collect the item at nearest pos office himself.

the item is at the headquater poslaju office of the area, just ask him to get the receipt(orange and white color) and claim the item only.

usually when recipient is not at home, poslaju will put a slip containing delivery notice. The recipient will need to go collect the package listed in the notice. There is also phone number to call in that slip. Try calling and see if possible to make appointment for delivery again....they might do it sometimes.

In anycase, the seller do not need to refund. It's not his/her fault at all.
