how did the hacker moved out the victim's money? I'm asking because I don't have Astro account here. the victim refused to give away the TAC number at the end he still losing his money?

Same like my wife Bank Rakyat account. Got money being transferred but bank cant traced.

ATM machine transfers are 99% of the time done by room mates, relatives, boyfriends, girlfriends, those ppl you know and have access to your card and Pin.
