u using company internet? maybe to many login from your company network then CIMB block it.
experiencing the same issue when I use company network. no issue with my mobile data.

so in simple currently CIMB being attached hacker by:-

1. Brute Force
2. Buffer overflow

And does changing password would solve this issue?

Or have to change all debit card, credit card number? Due to if hacker manage to get our card number, they can linked to Paypal?

Trap hahhha

most probably old passwords are hashed with DES which takes the first 8 char and ignores the rest. In this day and age bruteforcing 8 chars isn't that hard, no need for buffer overflow

on the old password box, only keyin the first 8 character of your old password. example if your oldpassword is 1234567890, just key in 12345678

login and click at the cog icon (left side bottom)

1.Enter old password
2.enter new password
3.enter new password
4. add tac number
