I've been using cimb for almost 10 years. I really liked their old clicks platform. An ex colleague told me she had money missing from her account few years ago and don't trust CIMB. At the time I dismissed her as not careful. Now I'm so worried I have already transfered out all my money and updating my edividend for my trading account.

Cimb also my 2nd main acc. Old customer and cimb completely lost my trust altogether.

It's okay if they made a mistake. At least rectify it. They seem like slumber. Usually banks that have security breach would tighten up their whole security and actually improve.

I can assure u prior to this passwords were alphanumeric only.
because my other banks use symbols, this the only bank i cannot put a symbol in my pw.

Utk makluman, sy tdk mmberikn TAC no spt yg diminta mnyebabkn si pelaku marah. Beliau telah brtndak mmndahkn semua duit simpanan sy ke akaun ASTRO milik sy dn kawan sy, Azad Azmeer Aznan (sy ada mmbantu beliau utk mmbayar bil astro beliau menerusi cimbclicks sy)
Harap phk CIMB dapat mmbantu mnyelesaikan masalah sy ini.

Not on tight budget. They find it easier to give to friends co at mark up price. Then receive entertainment and follow up with vendor. I guess they gave up with their own IT dept.

Which debit the kwik or the atm debit. What about going to bank to ask for replacement card? Can fix this issue?

Change Password: Seems like even with the correct CIMB Clicks ID and password, it still shows
Invalid User ID or Password [CLK00619]

Update: Guys, to change password:

1. CIMB Clicks ID: <Your existing ID>
2. CIMB Clicks Password: <If your existing password length is > 8, then key in your password until the length of 8>

Example, old password is: mypasswod (length of 9 characters). In order to change password successfully, just key in mypasswo

Hacker cannot transfer money without TAC, so he just emptied the account by using favourite bill payment which don't use TAC as revenge. So really need to take care to ensure no one can have access to our account.

The guy has Astro saved as favourites which doesn't require a TAC. The money isn't lost because you can ask Astro to refund the overpayment or ask CIMB to make good
