That is crazy. You are being disconnected and reconnected multiple times. Stupid question, but did you ever try using another modem router, and another cable? Just remove everything on your current network and use a different modem router, and a different cable, and see if that changes things.
Technician change new outdoor - indoor copper, for FREETechnician lend me ZTE ZXHN H267A, same problem
Technician lend me Riger DB120WL, same problem
I bought 2 Asus DSL-AC52U, same problem.
Using Modem Bridge - Router:
1. NEC IX2105, cannot connect, improper peer PPPoE Implementation Protocol
2. Asus DSL-AC52U, still disconnect
3. pfSense, still disconnect
4. VyOS, still disconnect
5. ClearOS, still disconnect
6. Windows 7 Pro with Wireshark, still many disconnect!
CODE
Wireshark filter: pppoe || pppoed || lcp || pap || ipcp
As you see, without Asus Syslog, Wireshark tell the same, around 5 minute of 8mbps, 04:25:c5:96:f7:63 asking PPP client to disconnect... I just... WTF!?
is there any filter or capable to drop certain PPP LCP request? been 3 month TM no answer and no idea what to do.
I tried to ask for rebate, they say case need to complete then can rebate, currently I paying the full bill
As SKMM report, still on going

Technician come to my house from 10AM until 5PM, he change the each port, get DSL reading, high as 30dB, Att low as 8.6dBI tried change password, still the same.
28/Dec/2018, TM from Seremban (not regular technician) come to my house, also check, and they also no Idea what cause 04:25:c5:96:f7:63 asking to terminate PPP client, they say my VPS server is problem, I told them I try using 4G, can hold 1 hour of iperf! I dare them to host iperf on any Unifi, I can guarantee it will disconnect
Today, I cant connect anymore, PPP error, cannot find port! I guess 04:25:c5:96:f7:63 banned me from connecting, since too many disconnect-reconnect...
ADSL already ancient technology for 2019, clearly TM no longer maintain ADSL or fix
