How to upgrade to Hotlink Flex Plus Plan, upgrade from existing Hotlink Flex 30

Hi, anyone has any idea to upgrade from existing Hotlink Flex plan 30 to the new Hotline Flex Plus plan 60 ? I went to Maxis centre they told me to go Sunway Maxis centre. Then I registered via online page and get a call from maxis 123, they told me to upgrade form my hotline flex app which I don't see any of upgrade button in the app?

Go to any Maxis center, not Maxis reseller, they can do it for you immediately. Else, call Maxis 123 and tell them u want to upgrade.
BTW, sidetrack topic, hotlink flex app working already? Mine still got error |

Me too using flex 30 wanted to upgrade to flex 40.
Called customer service. I was informed that I can upgrade but current month subscription won't be pro-rated. Best if upgrade on or a day before billing is due. |
