Usually GrabPay Merchants will have this DUITNOW QR.
You need to see carefully, bottom there got write "GrabPay".

When you scan his Duitnow, what merchant name is shown?
This kind of payment collection is very likely a "Fund transfer" instead of "Pay to merchant".

I think no points given is because the Lazada Express dispatch uses a non-GrabPay DuitNow.

Ya, noticed that too. I buy not much. Given the 10X points, i just treat it as angpow.
My main investment is in stock market especially dividend stock. I am very conservative haha.

You don't need to click "Use Now".
You will automatically receive the "benefits" for eligible transactions. Just make payment as usual.

He was asking regarding how to use the platinum benefits. It is an automatic benefit which doesn't require us to select any voucher.

I believe you were talking about different issue ie. multiple "usable" vouchers. In this scenario we must choose manually which one to use first.

Why did you say so?
I just went to take a look. GrabPay option is still available there.
I think your bill amount is too small. Try a larger amount, then it will appear.
