So, it seems as long as the QR code got mention "Merchant Partner - GrabPay", either the original GrabPay QR or Duitnow Grabpay, the voucher is usable.

GrabPay really not many people using it.
I shared promotions in my whatsapp group (most of them are working in Klang Valley), then realized only approx 20% of them are GrabPay users.

I'm not sure, but most of them seem not interested in GrabPay despite attractive promotions/Cashback.

Many GrabPay online rebates are still available as of yesterday.
Online: Cuckoo, Senheng, iPay88 merchants etc...
Offline: Decathlon, Bata, 99mart (25-3) , petrol (15-4) etc...

yesterday evening 6pm still got.
today donno yet. I finished all my redemptions already.

127840 points is equivalent to RM799 , based on conversion rate (RM5 = 800 points), there's no discount from market price after all.
I would buy rather than redeem, if I need one.

If the "refund" means void/cancel transaction then yes you will get back the voucher.
Coz I encountered similar case but it's with Lazada. The Lazada seller did not ship out order, until the order automatically cancelled by system. Then I immediately contacted GrabPay on this matter, they re-issue the voucher for me.

Yes likely you will get back the amount before applying voucher.
Voiding a transaction is an easy job to them.
Once you received refund, go check your Grabpay "My Rewards" see if the voucher reversed back. If not, inform Grabpay.

e-pay is quite user friendly. I like its invoice.
The only weak point is that it only accept 1 bill payment per day.
