If I wanna move my Grab account to another device permanently, any precaution?

Grab recently stopped giving out points for in-app Grab transactions (eg: Grabfood) using credit card? I just realized my recent Grabfood transaction paid via credit card doesn’t earn me Grabpoints anymore.

Because first time when ask me activate Grab PayLater. I don’t want.
After that the Grab PayLater gone. Cannot find.

I activated this via the Grab website link(Deep link called?). Click the link and redirect to Grab PayLater application page.

Look like is my account problem?

hi sifu's here ,,, for grab RM10 off GrabPay online voucher,,,
i don't see any restriction to use it only min spend is rm50.
however, when i arrange deliver via grab RM92 and order grab food rm90...
this voucher is not available to offset part of the payment ..

what is the diff? use maybank grab CC also can get 500 when top up RM100. The linking only allow top up RM100. Cannot set rm50

This is one of the reason why I don’t accumulate points normally clear by month end. feel unsafe also to keep so much points

u can complete a challenge slowly. not ask u to complete within a day. By continue transaction ,will encounter lock out. this same as credit card.

To accumulate points also need efforts one eh, you won’t know one day they just simply banned you because of any reason whatsoever. So better spend then sorry lol

How to define "high frequency"? It's very subjective.
The T&C does not mention it.
But there is this clause:

Ya 1/3 account reactivated. I tell then it’s their points campaign. Everyone will do 25 transactions in order to achieve it.

‘I believe there are 400 people completed the transaction on the same day, so make sure u investigate them as well’.

If you feel 25 transactions is suspicious, the next time you launch a campaign make sure your marketing team include in the TnC that each day only 1 transaction each day will be counted towards the goal, hence, people will only do 1 transaction per day and not perform 25 transactions one go, hence causing grab to block my account, having u to work extra investigating me, and me spending time replying to your email.

why u all still got challenge

Some findings from me, I got my first tier challenge by reloading to e***k***.

Today I tried reloading again, grab don't recognize anymore. Seems like they closed the loophole
