Did anyone have experience of Grab Paylater credit limit was reduced to 0?
My record was all good and didn't use it often(just 2-5 small transactions monthly), somehow it's like disabled by Grab.

CS told me that profile may change over time and therefore the available amount may change too.

I want to use the grabpay later function but unable to do so. i cannot upgrade my wallet as well. Forever stuck at the take a selfie step as after taking selfie and submit, it keeps loading and no outcome. My location is on and app is updated. Anyone knows why?

I shopped at Watsons online and applied rm20 voucher redeemed with points. Due to stock out issue Watsons proposed to refund.

May I know if refund to grabpay will I get back the voucher for next use or it is gone case dy? And the points earned for that transaction will also be deducted?

On and off read some displeasure on Grab, but so far to me it's still the best, in terms of points/reward, customer service and service recovery.

Not sure about others, I've always got really satisfactory response from their customer service and really good compensation from them for whatever issues I raise

Recently quite frequent to use grab pay but just realized most of the merchant can't receive any grab points as the merchant use duit now Qr let us scan . 😢
Mind to ask where can check which merchant is entitled for points by using grab pay?

Now daily can only topup once? I tried second topup and it fail. 3rd topup also fail.

I saw mine under the usual "subscription" page, as I just cancelled mine the day before, so was just playing around since some things looks new. Then viola!!

I'm not sure if it's for selected accounts as my other account is currently still under subscription. Waiting for it to expire in a few days to cancel it and see if this thing will appear.
