I am a Grab Platinum member n still need 1200 points to maintain platinum. Can i achieve it by reloading Elink credit app with rm400 from Grabpay n paid to TNB one shot? Any other better way if i dont intend to purchase goods to acheive that.

So yours is PayLater Postpaid. You are right, you have to remember to tap on "Pay Outstanding" to make your payment before due date. Only PayLater 4 times installment will be auto deducted by system. Even for the installment one, there is also an option for you to settle full payment manually if you want. So that one you can settle anytime you want.

For paylater postpaid, if it is due on the 7th, the last day to settle it is on the 6th or the 7th?

On the 7th by 12am. Normally it will deduct directly from your wallet you don’t have to do anything

It will auto-deduct from wallet. If not enough, it will topup from your linked CC and then deduct. You can delay a few days with no penalty. Longest I tried is 3 days.

If the payment is not overdue, you can't actually pay the single instalment manually. You can however, pay off the entire PayLater amount manually. I find that the auto deduction is usually done between 1-2am.

He meant Paylater postpaid, not paylater instalment.

I was thinking that since the email asked us to pay by 07/01/2022 to avoid deactivation, then it must mean that we have to pay manually, or else it will mention that it will be automatically deducted just like what's mentioned for the paylater instalment.

I didn't renew on 31/12 as the renewal fee was RM9.90.
I just renewed at 1 Sen (not RM9.90) yesterday, and 1 Sen per month for 3 months! Good deal.

No need to choose, just renew it manually.
I cancelled the plan on 31/12, then I just wanted to renew for 1 month yesterday, surprisingly I got 1 Sen deal again (instead of RM9.90), then it mentions the monthly plan will be automatically renewed - but first 3 months - 1 Sen/month only.
