I cancelled my subscription early January thinking that it will be renewed at rm9.90. I renew this morning and b4 payment it is stated as 1sen for3 months but after payment this is not stated in the plan's info. So have to manually track this?
Before that, end of Dec, I used another family account to subscribe at 1 sen but dont know if it will be 1 sen for 3 months, is there anyway to check apart from calling CS?
Actually 10x HOTDEALS r not enough, so probably have to sign up under a couple of accounts.

Which location? U chose pickup? cos 50% is for delivery only.

But after cancel, u will resubscribe at 9.90.

Now the same thing is affecting one of my account, another account is ok. I suspect the 10x is accumulative from 1st month instead of per month.

U mean at checkout click on OFFER then keyin HOTDEALS at discount code? Doesnt work for me.

Looks like i misunderstood the 10x upto 50% off. For my current subscription month it is actually 6x 50% n 4x 30% off.
Previously in January my other account was able to use > 10x 50%.

If like that they expect us to continue when subscription fee is rm9.90 with diminishing vouchers.

But can u apply the 50% voucher?
I just tried n yes can apply but i didn't proceed with payment, will try later when needed.
No more rm8.88 offers now 9.90.

I have been transferring funds topup with credit card between grab accounts. Is this a new tnc?

Charged 1sen today. Another account due in early March.

U have used it earlier or quota fully redeemed?

I think the 50% is applicable on certain period n the last ended 28-2-22, n Grab actually stated "up to 50%".
The counter on vouchers actually include the free rm3 free delivery.
Anyway the subscription info is not user friendly and we r not told of the balance of each type of vouchers.
