Grab Pilots New GrabSupermarket Service With Zero Delivery Fees



Super app Grab has started its first official foray into online grocery deliveries with GrabSupermarket, offering next-day delivery and zero delivery fees. The new service allows users to shop for a wide variety of household needs, including fresh produce, frozen and packaged food, homecare, personal health, and more.

Currently, Grab already has its GrabMart service which caters to instant retail needs with delivery from retail stores under 30 minutes, as well as the Pasar feature which delivers fresh produce from local markets. However, GrabSupermarket functions from a fully stocked dark store – a retail distribution centre that caters primarily to online shopping instead of walk-in customers. GrabSupermarket aims to deliver the convenience of a full online grocery shopping experience with greater value.

You can select your preferred delivery slot every day between 8pm and 10.30pm and you will only be charged when your order is delivered to you. There are zero delivery fees, no minimum order value, and no cap to your GrabSupermarket order.
