How about under My Rewards?

4. The GrabRewards Points will be awarded instantly upon minimum spend of RM150/RM250. Reward can be found under “My Rewards”

"The campaign will cease once cap have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier."

Hi - I tried to redeem a prepaid RM 5 Celcom to pay my postpaid account and surprisingly it works. Can I check with you all whether this is consistent with others or I just got lucky? Thanks
*
I used to do that with Boost.

So far, I think this trick works with Celcom and UMobile.

Sorry for separate post.

Supposedly to spend RM250 to get 6k of points but the quota already finished, but automatic redeeming the free 3k points (which actually spent RM150 to get)
*
My guess is that earlier when both rewards are still available.
Grab has cautioned on which rewards you want to aim for:

Tip: Decide before you spend, as each user is entitled to only 1 redemption

When the 6k points finished, it doesn't matter for subsequent eligible users.

Just my guess ... don't flame me!

Heard about E-pay for paying bills like tnb, unifi. Is e-pay reliable? Saw from review that a lot of payment does not go through but credit deducted.
*
A slight diversion, e-pay doesn't offer bill payment for TNB anymore.

i think is not your account problem... is because a lot people suddenly use that app to pay and get 6000 points... grab investigate and flag that app as bill payment category... the payment can go through just that bill payment no extra points..
*
QUOTE(cooldude17 @ Nov 30 2020, 02:48 PM)
I mean the extra reward points not the normal reward points ?
*
Wondering why they don't code it properly at the beginning instead of doing "cleanup" after the campaign has already commenced?

How fast y'all get points after paying bills like air Selangor? Cause

28.11 - used maybank grab card on one restaurant, no points received yet.
30.11 - reloaded wallet using grab card, no points received yet.
30.11 - paid air Selangor, no points received yet.

Are the above transactions not qualifies for GP? Thanks smile.gif
*
In-app bill payment should be no Grab points awarded.

Rest for Grab Card:

Q12 : When will I receive my Maybank GrabRewards Points after using the card?
A12 : The Maybank GrabRewards Points will be updated in the Grab application on a T + (3 to 5) working days basis, once the transaction is posted into the Maybank GRAB Mastercard Platinum Credit Card.

GP earned through challenge applies to the same rule as per GP earned from normal transaction right?

Where GP will only expired if no transactions performed within 2 months from the date of GP earned. Is it?
*
Hope this helps:

Will my GrabRewards point expire
Starting 1st July 2019, GrabReward Points may never expire and keep accumulating, so long as you will make 1 point-earning Grab transaction within the next 3 months of your last transaction, your points will continue to accumulate.

Example:

1. You make a Grab transaction on the 5th of July 2019.
2. You will need to make one more transaction within the next 3 months from Aug 1 - Oct 31.
3. If no transaction was made between Aug 1 - Oct 31, all points will expire at the end of the 3rd month, which is Oct 31.

We will not be able to reinstate your rewards points after it has expired. We highly encourage you to monitor the expiry of your points in the future. Under the GrabRewards program, from your last transaction, you would have 3 months before the points expire, to redeem the points for vouchers. Vouchers can then be used at a later time. You may check the expiry date of your vouchers in your Grab app under the "My Rewards" section.

*Grab transactions that do not extend your GrabRewards Points validity period are: Peer-to-peer GrabPay credit transfer, GrabPay Credit wallet top-up, Grab Subscription purchase or renewal, GrabRewards points redemption.

Grab officially launches delivery-only GrabSupermarket in Klang Valley

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 2): Singapore-headquartered ride-hailing company Grab Holdings Inc has launched GrabSupermarket, its first delivery-only supermarket in the region, as part of its continued push into grocery delivery.

In a statement today, the firm said the Klang Valley located GrabSupermarket, which began piloting a few weeks ago, serves a growing demand of online grocery shoppers in the area who are looking for a convenient and accessible way to restock their weekly groceries on GrabMart.

Grab, Gojek close in on terms for merger

SINGAPORE: Grab Holdings Inc. and Gojek have made substantial progress in working out a deal to combine their businesses in what would be the biggest internet merger in Southeast Asia, according to people with knowledge of the talks.

The region’s two most valuable startups have narrowed their differences of opinion, though some parts of the agreement still need to be negotiated, said the people, asking not to be named because the talks are private.

The final details are being worked out among the most senior leaders of each company with the participation of SoftBank Group Corp.’s Masayoshi Son, a major Grab investor, one of the people said.

Under one structure with substantial support, Grab co-founder Anthony Tan would become the chief executive officer of the combined entity, while Gojek executives would run the new combined business in Indonesia under the Gojek brand, the people said.

The two brands may be run separately for an extended period of time, one of the people said. The combination is ultimately aimed at becoming a publicly listed company.
