I have been trying to top up prepaid XOX but keep failing the last few days. I think its because they put it under Celcom instead of XOX? Anybody successfully top up XOX with grabpay prepaid?

It's really crazy, how can recorded in transactions but didn't add up....so risky, imagine if it's your top up and you don't realise that

Not able to. Always shown as CELCOM.
You may try the SEAGM pay with Grabpay route. Almost 20% too

Dilemma now, my points didn't refresh, so I not sure is it really didn't increase or haven't refreshed, and not way I can check think got to ask them already
