In claiming the reward, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
All rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

Upon completing level 1 of the challenge,GrabFood customers will be awarded with A&W FREE delivery vouchers (capped at RM5 off).
Upon completing level 2, GrabFood customers will be awarded with RM7 A&W vouchers (min spend RM30).
Upon completing level 3, GrabFood customers will be awarded with RM15 A&W vouchers (min spend RM30).
Upon completing all 3 levels of the Challenge, GrabFood customers will stand a chance to win RM480 A&W voucher. (12 x RM40 A&W vouchers). GrabFood customer who has the highest number of A&W order on GrabFood during this challenge will be awarded as grand prize winner.
GrabFood customers who have completed each level of Challenge task, will be awarded the voucher within three (3) working days.
Each level rewards issued will be valid for customers 2 weeks from the issuance date, no extensions of reward validity will be entertained.
The reward will be issued after Grab has conducted relevant examinations, which include fraudulent checks on the participants.
