Visited the place near my house, and checked the Internet to find out what SDS means. Well, I still do not know what the abbreviation stands for, I do know that it is a public-listed company!

Business-wise, pretty similar to Baker's Cottage, Lavendar (Aeon). Got tables so can lepak there drink coffee eat bakery.

I think there is good potential for upwads trend, but there are also risks. Things I have observed:

Pros:
+A good third-place to replace Starbucks / CBTL as place to lepak.
+ food price is competitive. not too cheap, not too expensive
+ strategic place: high foot traffic

Cons:
- Tough market: a lot of smaller bakeries competing for business
- volatile to price of raw ingredients

As for me, the price @ 0.895 is pretty high for me, so I'll wait this one out
