Why buy so little storage?

Some people don’t need that much storage due to light usage, but yeah, for Xr the 128GB makes sense in terms of price difference and capacity. 256GB is a bit overkill (and so is the price difference, haha).

seriously should go for 128gb. price difference is reasonable and 128gb will give u more future proofing and does not limit the capabilities of your phone due to storage limit.

I saw that too but has rainbow effect really turn me off. Hence not going for that. I am happy with my Spigen UH

Yup, me too choose 128gb which is sweet spot. 255fb really overkill. 512mb for Xs Max is really crazy. This day my store age is only photo and video. Movie all streaming.

But very headaches especially for female, needs downloads more Korean dramas

I got 64gb XR too.
I still have my iPhone 7 Plus 128gb and hardly fill up 30+gb only all with photos and videos.
64gb is more than enough for me.

Yeah, 64GB could be plenty for some. I have a colleague with an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB coming into his 5th year now. More than 1600 photos and 100 videos later, the phone still has about 20GB left.

1.5 months after owning XR and still loving it. Bought on the second day it waas launch. Was very lucky to get my XR black 128GB at Sunway Maxis that time when all telco out of stock. It was the last unit at that time. Mind u, i was there at 1030am!
Glad to jump from Huawei P20 Pro. Of course the only thing i regret is camera which P20 Pro is very good at low light. But sometime P20 Pro auto imaging are too saturated. Blue sky is just too blue while green grass is just too green. Looks too perfect in real world.
Other than that, IOS is really still the best. No spam, no junk and best of all their keyboard alorigitm. Samsung, Huawei and Gboard all have lots of mistake but apple one just work.

Due to android lack battery management and eating my data without my permission for free Advertising apps.

but 6 plus camera is weaker and it does not have 4k recording. it may not be accurate in the estimation of usage.
given the price difference, it is no harm to get the 128gb and it is the best selling storage option among all actually.
