T005A and Primacy 4 now is priced almost the same for my size of 215/55/17. not much info on T005A, only T005 in youtube. but it seems T005 has better braking distance compared to P4, wet and dry. how about T005A? another thing to consider is, P4's performance lasts longer even with threadwear, how about T005a? as mentioned above, driving in rain with T005A is not very good compared to P4, but videos showing comparison between T005 vs P4, BS wins... very difficult to make a choice

For 215/55/17, T005A is RM390 per donut, P4 RM398... almost same price, will you still go for T005a?

finally decided to go for P4 instead of BS, very very quiet indeed. changed from Yoko Advan DB, i will say a slight improvement on quietness, but noticeable. driving below 100, u wont get any sound from the tyres. not yet really test the handling and wet road, but so far i'm a happy customer. another factor is P4 lasts longer in terms of performance with their "hidden thread" when the tyres are approaching flat. 215/55/17, RM389 per donut, including installation and balancing. look for Easy Tyres Sdn Bhd in FB. the service is tip top and very detailed, friendly staffs also

QUOTE(budang @ Oct 31 2020, 12:20 PM) That's a very tiny price difference. If I were you I'll go for P4. yup thats y i went for p4. btw my p4 is 2020 week no. 42. very fresh and newFor my size though, both 2019 tires, BS could be had for RM310 while P4 for RM400 hence BS seems to be the much better deal. 225/50R17 |
