But since they do not have any qualified tech to handle the ipx, so they sent it to KL to handle the issue (battery replacement). The guys at KL decided to send the replacement unit instead of the changing the battery itself

1.Does ur replacement unit has 100% max battery capacity?
2. Have u tried submerging it into the water to ensure the waterproof feature is OK?
3. How long is the warranty ?

Imei should be expired.

When did u send ur phone for replacement?
