For this case recommend you do S&P from your mum and aunt to you. because you will have to "buy out" your aunt's portion.
Yes you can get 50% off the Stamp Duty under Love & Affection when filing for the MOT. I can recommend you the lawyer that did a similar case. Pm if you want. |
