Anyone face the problem above with BOOST ? How do I get the money back ? Will it auto return back to Boost account ? If yes, it will take how many days. Another problem is I do it for continue 2 days with RM1500x2, Boost account only able hold for RM1500 max, how ?

How to Raise the ticket ? email them ? or you have contact number ? Another problem here is total amount be RM1498x2, how to refund since account max only RM1500 per wallet

For SSPN-I , I just try to transfer RM10 to my Kid account this morning. May I know PTPTN will take how long to reflect it ? Scary already after my incident of RM3k, just try with small amount 1st.

Remember that I have 3K transfer out and get rejected, I get back my 1st RM1500 but I need to use up RM1500 before they transfer me back another RM1500.

I try transfer to other account but only limit RM500 per day, still have another RM1000 to use up. not able to transfer to bank also.....so only can use to pay bill and only SSPN-I saving for kid is good place to transfer for my case.

Just called PTPTN to ask for the BOOST they are also not able to confirm.


Just want to verify here cause I urgenttly need to transfer out my RM1K so that my another RM1500 only can come back.
The SSPN-i is the kid account right ? The one we keep money to kids and just key in thier Nombor Akaun SSPN will do ? I done with RM10 for testing but I can't wait for 2 to 3 days.
