All my unShake Reward missing ......

Just make a payment for my taobao purchase, Boost show success and already deduct money but taobao site times up and showing I'm not yet pay........how ? already email Boost, have to wait tomorrow. Worry my taobao order auto cancel later as it show not yet pay....Boost already deduct.

Get this few times already Level 4

Anyone face following problem before ? Did Boost capture device ID with Boost account log in ?

Also if device already use to register with max account before, can it be reset ? If yes, how ?

mine already 2 months and many email fly to them they still say wait for their technical team to resolve , useless la.....no hope already

If in future all the ewallet not able top up by credit card than I prefer use back credit card.

Without credit card mean you have to pay per use.

Anyone manage to pay for SSPN ? Problem since around 4pm...........

I was not able log in to my account, already escalate to Boost support. they ask me uninstall and install again unfortunately it still not able to resolve. Anyone here face this before and manage to resolve ?

I fulfill requirement already and they say will credit money into my boost account early March than delay to 23 march. now they say got problem and keep delay...... very sad......should I escalate this to respective bank and cancel the card ?

I bought Boost reload pin at Zcity on 16 Aug unfortunately when I try to reload, pin is invalid, already escalate to Zcity customer support and they were not able to solve and need personally to contact Boost customer support. When contacting Boost, Boost customer support keep request a lot information and request color IC (front and Back) without Watermarks !!!! ( I don't think this is legal to ask customer provide this , anyone here can advise ? This is very dangerous to provide IC without Watermarks as recently so many SCAM around) I does not agreed to provide hence I think my issue will not able to resolve ! waste my money and time. What should I do not for next ? Which channel should I complaint ? Bank Negara ?



Be careful if you want to buy Boost pin in the future ! Your Boost account may get locked and asking you to provide a lot document although you manage to reload the PIN!!!

Just save 5% but end up keep busy with them.
