Just manage to top up this morning

My shake result last week:

Bill payment (Shake Rewards)
RM55.95 (RM3)
RM5 (RM1)
RM15 (RM0.50)
RM29.65 (RM0.50)
RM47.55 (RM1)

Scan & Pay
RM10 (RM0.50)
RM5.65 (RM0.20)
RM2.85 (RM0.20)

Anyone can pay TM bill today? I rmb previously someone claim that they can’t pay Unifi bill. Mine is Telekom Bill, it deduct my wallet, but with error msg said taking too long to response, will update once they get response from service provider..

Thanks, it took about 20 min.. first time paying TM using Boost..

I try to use my sis phone (Android) to login to my boost account.. n all my cards removed. N when my sis login back to her own acc, her bigpay card was removed.. left with her amex card.. haven’t try to add back the BigPay card yet..

My experience:

Top up with Amex, RM30- RM50; no need OTP
Top up with BigPay, RM40, need OTP, but failed after key in OTP correctly with error your card was not charged..

My sis account- can’t even add bigpay as saved card.. failed after key in OTP.. top up with AMEX no OTP and wallet balance added..

After reading the comment here, I able to top up boost with my bigpay card again without OTP..
B4 this, I can only saved 2 cards, now, I can add 3rd card too.. this happened after I update to latest app today. iOS app version 1.0.68

2 days ago, I was having the same error message, but today, I can click on add card to key in 3rd card even I already have 2 saved cards in my acc.. but I didn’t proceed to add as i don want to have error where I can’t remove the saved cards later as what I faced b4..

Just try to top up with AMEX (RM50) and Bigpay (RM40), go through smoothly without OTP

Hahah, I just try luck.. n I try 2nd time amex with RM50, got OTP but still goes through smoothly for AMEX.. didn’t try for Bigpay for 2nd time.. dunwan to trigger to kena block later

I just try pay for my taobao purchase on 30/4/19 (Tuesday) RM180++, got cashback on 1 May 2019 RM15

May I know, for Taobao refund, is it will go back to Boost wallet? How long it took? Anyone experience b4?

I don think u can get refund if ur wallet limit hit above 1500, so u better keep it below 100 wallet balance for the refund to kick in

I rmb there was once I transfer out to bank, the money is not credited to my bank acc, when I check with boost, they inform that there is some system issue (I think many of us kena) and the fund transfer get reversed back to wallet.. for my case, bcoz I transfer 1498, but my wallet got balance of 200, they can’t do the reversal, n my money stuck at boost n they have to do manual transfer for me..

My one is not refund, I’m transferring / cash out to bank, they do manual transfer after I check with them y took so long for cash out..

Ur case if refund, is depend on ur merchant on the refund process.. what kind of refund u expecting?

If same case, then just force them to manual transfer to ur bank acc.. for my case, I didn’t empty my wallet, I just ask them to do manual transfer since it is not my fault, is their system issue
