QUOTE(David83 @ Jan 5 2019, 03:43 PM) Good to know.Because on 1st Jan i added 10x RM 20 but did not get any shakes so i thought no shakes for RM 20. First time trying RM 20, usually add RM 50 and will get a shake reward. Then on 3rd Jan i added 10x RM 50, but got 20 shake rewards. Not sure if its a glitch or the missing shakes, but based on your reply then it must be the missing shakes. Hellogold shakes never been late or missing before for me. |

Just wondering how Boost will credit the RM 8,888 for the lucky winners with RM 1,500 wallet limit.
6 withdrawals to withdraw the full amount with RM 12 administration charge. Considering 2-3 working days to clear and a few more for the pie to tick, could take over a month to get the full amount. |

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Jan 10 2019, 12:46 PM) Not a promo, just bought the ticket at normal price, just that it's bought via Wetix in Boost. Not bad if buying through wetix@boost. Another RM 11 spend can also give you one more shot at the RM 8,888 angpao.I don't have membership for any of these cinemas, so not sure about that. |

Then I did not get no angpaos. Spent RM 30 exactly on two boost accounts each.

Wow 0 cent shake reward. To even call it a reward. What an insult to the user. Should just give no shake instead.

The cafe at Northam Hotel Penang is boosted! Surprised but very encouraging to see a hotel adopting boost.

QUOTE(MGM @ Feb 17 2019, 11:06 PM) QUOTE(Ozymandias @ Feb 18 2019, 12:57 AM) QUOTE(skty @ Feb 18 2019, 01:03 AM) Accounts that have been locked for "odd activities" are accounts that mostly pure topup + withdraw max. Although for some, i had made one-off RM 30 bill payments and one-off RM 30 mobile topups.Accounts that i use for hellogold, topup + withdraw, genuine boost spending is not affected though. Accounts locked all have 0 balance. Accounts not affected have remaining balances. |

QUOTE(skty @ Feb 19 2019, 06:04 PM) is there any TNC stated one user cannot have more than two BOOST accounts? No.is there any TNC stated one user cannot use the account purely for cash-out? No. QUOTE(David83 @ Feb 19 2019, 06:09 PM) They have obligation to suspend your account if suspicious activity flagged under AMLATFA 2001. True. But i highly doubt topup and withdraw is suspicious activity. Topup -> withdraw -> pay cc bill is a closed loop that does not flag laundering.Under AMLATFA 200i, it is their duty to report such activity to BNM for compliance. Fintech cannot escape from this. QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Feb 19 2019, 06:35 PM) depends how boost interpret clause 4.2(t) and 4.2(v) It is a gray area and debatable whether it is worth time and emotion to get an explanation from them. We all know their world-class CS team.(t) manipulate or exploit our promotional campaigns/ activities or other Services in anyway which Boost may deem as improper, irregular o dishonest; (v) use the Services dishonestly or in bad faith or with malicious intent. as to question 1, i think no problem. question 2 depends how they interpret above. boost pretty much covered themselves with all these clauses. QUOTE(skty @ Feb 19 2019, 06:42 PM) it's BOOST feature - top up with bank transfer/debit/credit card, merchant transaction, cash out to bank, transfer money to other BOOST account, etc. Personally, i agree with you on this. Have you tried contacting them for an explanation/resolution?if user use the feature to the max, is it deem as improper, irregular or dishonest? my own opinion, if they deem that feature is improper, irregular or dishonest, they can always do like vcash, which state condition to every feature they provide: for example: unable to cash-out to bank if the amount is top up through debit/credit card. now BOOST has provided that feature and they suspend user for using the feature. |
