I did a withdrawal to MBB on 31Jan 9am  but until now amount still not credited to account.

Feb 1 is Public Holiday in the federal territories
Then you have weekends
So yesterday was only the first working day
Today and tomorrow public holidays

NO. And service charge is 2% or rm2 whichever is minimum.

I have 100 bucks in my Boost now, when I went to the page where it asked me to take pictures of my IC, it was a whole blank black page instead of the camera. Buttons can be press but nothing worked it just stays there.

Boost is really bad on this. Luckily I never had this kind of problem before. Their Tesco cashback was credited into my account the next business day.

You loaded RM1,500 with your CC, withdrew, and then got blocked immediately?

Did you get the normal "In Progress.... Your transfer out will be reflected into your bank account in 2-3 working days" page before being blocked?

Of course you need to contact them for official reason. By the way, what do you mean by 'cross border'? Do you use boost solely for wallet top up and withdrawal?

+ Never never zeroise the account.
Cash out RM1498 (max) will zeroise the boost account and it will be easier for them to deactivate the account.
