They want you to use their own app - myTNB.
They provide the PDF (e-bill) in the app.
They expect you to track the usage from their app.

Since IWK is going to charge RM 2 for the printed bill, I believe TNB will be heading for the same direction too.

Those with SC LFC or other SC card apart from JOP, do you guys really received the RM 10?

Or it was credited in the yesterday midnight but got reversed by later of the day?

Or the whole thing it is euphoria or hoax by Boost?

However, the campaign T&C said it's within 3 working days after end of each round:

That's why it is rather confusing or misleading.
