Shake reward is the additional bonus they give you when you spend. They can give you nothing at their will, and your complaint will not help. Learn to appreciate what you can enjoy not everything also complaint complaint complaint one...lol....

seems like the shake reward have revert back to normal? was giving the last chance to Boost before changing the payment method to card, surprisingly got RM1 shake reward for RM10 payment.

same here, received a SMS from +601113484524. have never simply using my number to register in any not trusted places, wonder is it leak from Boost

I didn't even received KFC rm5 transacted on 25/6 with their extended promo lol. Maybe KFC quota reached since almost end of promo period.
How do y'all get the cashback? I've completed 4 emails but got none, 3 scan n pay 1 mobile reload, all single transaction, in fact I paid more too.

Only had "Boost n Enjoy Reward" twice rm2, but that's not even the email reward cashback amount 😂. Well better than nothing, I appreciate that.

Should have claimed it when Boost asked to do so. There was a notification to claim all shake rewards yesterday.

Yup. Lucky I saw that and claim back all my reward - total of RM30++

Imagine if i didn't see that..... all gone today!!
