Is it normal to get 0 coin for shake rewards? I got 0 shake reward today.

top up yoodo RM10 to get RM5 in boost. i did it at Dec 2019 until now, reported to them and still not get it solve.

so basically you can pay TNB bill using e-pay website and then pay via boost
and yes, you will get shake reward as well

TESCO CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
19 December 2019 until 17 March 2020.

During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction at any participating TESCO outlets and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM10 Cashback (“Cashback”).
Cashback is limited to the first 16,800 eligible Transactions per thirty (30) days cycle, starting from the first day of the Campaign Period.
Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks under this Campaign.
The Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
In addition to the Cashback, Customers who spend a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction at any participating TESCO outlets from 13 February 2020 until 29 February 2020 and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive one (1) RM8 TESCO e- voucher (“Voucher”), subject to the following:
The Voucher is limited to the first 25,000 Transactions made during the stipulated period.
Each eligible Customer is only entitled to one (1) Voucher.
The Voucher will be added into the Customer’s “My Shake Rewards” tab in the Boost app within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.
For clarity, if the Cashback limit in clause 2 and 3 above has been reached, the eligible Customer will only get the Voucher pursuant to this clause 5.
The Voucher shall be subject to TESCO’s terms and conditions which will be displayed in the Boost app voucher page.

If I redeem the rm20 prepaid wallet today(expiry 3Feb) and never use it.
Then if I redeem the rm10 one on 28Jan, will the full rm30 has expiry of 28Feb or 2 separate expiry?
