QUOTE(ericlks91 @ Mar 14 2019, 10:49 AM) They think they are playing detective but it is plain bullshit. Not fraud also considered fraud because of their "intelligent" system. That system just way too sensitive =.= Basically just doing something to prove to BNM that they are taking actions after the big case of user kena hacked. Which security team they hired ? Last time i can pay my celcom bill RM10 x 5 and now i cant cause "fraud" lolz ... |

QUOTE(msa9696 @ Mar 14 2019, 11:10 AM) Amex is good news, previously I still use Amex for Fave for larger transactions, as damn pissed with Boost CB but with Boost now accepting Amex, guess it's fine with using them even for larger purchase. What type of fraud O.o ?Fave and Boost combined, my genuine spending still quite a lot every month. On a side note, my cards just kena fraud, nowadays with so many e-wallet top up and spending linked to CC, really worried it's so easy for our cards to be compromised. I really not sure how or where data was stolen, worried from e-wallet Just now BigPay one forumer also mentioned kenak unauthroised usage in USA transactions |

QUOTE(msa9696 @ Mar 14 2019, 11:28 AM) Maybank Visa Infinite. USD also, hmm .. any description of the transaction ?Also kena USD, in fact I didn't realise it was 1 week ago (I didn't receive sms, nowadays I don't receive sms on all 100% usage, even though my notification limit is set to RM 1). This morning 5am, received a USD 1 charge (seems like pre-autho), then called the bank, then said they was an attempt on larger amt but declined by bank. Then quickly check online, realised last week kena fraud USD 1k. Be careful guys, check your card spending more often. Anyone keep receiving Boost sms on your top up? I top up last week, but almost every day I receive the sms from Boost reminding me of top up. I checked and my card was not charged, didn't receive sms from bank too, but keep receiving sms from Boost freak me out. Pls report here if anyone facing same issue, I just hope it's Boost system error |

Normally just treat that RM2 as admin fee per month.
It's better than getting bank interest charge. What's more.. why hold so much cash? Later hand itchy and wasted all XD Lagik gg later. Normally i just pay off all cc debt. |

QUOTE(sl3ge @ Mar 18 2019, 06:22 PM) Hi,sorry i still not understand. My understanding is monthly Boost has a upper limit of RM 4.5k per transaction type. So i can topup maximum 4 times 4*1500=6000 cashout 3 times=4500. 6000-4500=1500 the remain 1500 need to use at other type of transaction e.g retail trasaction. Meaning the maximum i can cashout to my saving acc is still rm4500. Am i right? can one can clarify.. Thanks But based on last time one, what u spend, transfer, send to friend all consider under RM4,500 portion. Meaning if u cash out FULL RM4,500 per month from Boost , you cannot perform other transactions already. Basically you are "freeze" to use ur boost until next month reset. Please correct me if i'm wrong, guys. I might need to dig the TnC and read later. QUOTE Premium Wallet: 3.7 Wallet Limit is Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand and Five Hundred (RM1500). 3.8 Monthly Transaction Limit for Payment and Cash out is Ringgit Malaysia Four Thousand and Five Hundred (RM4500) for each type of transaction. 3.9 Beginning 1 September 2018, the Monthly and Daily Transaction Limit for Electronic Money Transfer is Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) respectively. Subject to your fulfilment of further KYC process as determined by Boost, your Monthly and Daily Transaction Limit for Electronic Money Transfer can be increased to Ringgit Malaysia Four Thousand and Five Hundred (RM4500) and Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1000), respectively. 3.10 Subject to the Wallet Limit, Daily and Monthly Transaction Limit applicable to Premium Wallet as stated above as well as all relevant KYC and screening process, a user of the Premium Wallet can perform the following transactions: (a) Cash In; (b) Electronic Transfer; © Cash Out to the user’s own bank account (under the same user’s ID); (d) Payment. Meaning one month can perform max for individual transaction below: Electronic Transfer - RM4,500 Cash out to bank account - RM4,500 Is this the new update ?
