TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “UNION PAY QR CODE YEAR END CAMPAIGN” (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 November 2020 – 31 December 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who spend at any participating UnionPay QR Code merchant outlets (please click here for the full merchants list) and pay using UnionPay QR Code via Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive 10% cashback from the total checkout value, capped at RM25 (“Cashback”).

2. The Cashback will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s UnionPay QR Code Wallet in their Boost app upon making the successful Transaction.

3. Each eligible Customer may receive a maximum of ten (10) Cashbacks under this Campaign.

4. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Cashback. However, the Cashback must be used to make transactions at any participating UnionPay QR Code merchant outlets only.

5. Cashbacks are limited to a total limit of RM1,000,000 throughout the Campaign Period.

6. Cashback must be utilized by 31 January 2021. Any unutilized Cashback shall be forfeited and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or UnionPay.

7. In addition, Customers who spend at any participating UnionPay QR Code merchant outlets and pay using UnionPay QR Code via Boost with a minimum of RM50 cumulatively will earn an entry to stand a chance to win the prizes stipulated below (“Prizes”):

8. Customers may earn multiple entries to increase their chances of winning as long as Customers fulfil criteria stipulated in paragraph 7.

9. eCode shall randomly select a total of twenty-six (26) winners after the end of the Campaign Period. Each of the selected winner is only eligible to receive one (1) Prize for this Campaign.

10. The winners will be notified by eCode via EDM, push notification and/ or overlay in the Boost app for the redemption of the Prizes.

11. The Prizes will be given within one (1) month from the confirmation of prize acceptance.

12. If there are any changes in the details which the winners have provided to eCode, winners will be required to update eCode accordingly, failing which such winner may not be able to claim his prize.

13. The Prizes offered under this Campaign shall be subject to availability of stock. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the Prizes offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.

14. The Proton X50 does not include road tax and insurance and the choice of colour for these prizes are subject to availability.
