There are no way to permanently close the acc.
Boost will ask u to create another acc if u have changed phone number and p2p ur balance to new acc after that and leave it.
If u use ur old acc again u will face soft ban which disable the cc top up feature in the apps for all acc.
So just plan properly before u change the number as nowadays seldom ppl will change phone number as this can be mnp easily to any telco either prepaid or postpaid as well.
If u dont want to use Boost just leave it alone and use it back when u feel like want to use it again.

Still got, SB said they wont track any amount until confirmation from Boost 120 days later then only credit in max RM8/month for each account.

i'm talking about previous tracking which shown calculating

they are starting to send the email confirmation, i got RM2 x 4 for Dec and so far RM2 x 1 for Jan

It doesnt matter got value or not
Tracked/pending and confirmed are two different things
Their tnc clearly stated RM8/month and they have enforce since beginning

I dont think this page valid anymore.
Last time it shown 60 txn + RM3k spend from Jan-Mar to main level 4 after 1 April 2020.
I only manage 47 txn + RM13.5k Jan-Mar.
However i kept 20 txn + RM1k 30 days from 1 April 2020 and it successfully maintain the level 4.
So just need to know ur expiry date based on below and perform 20txn + RM1k 30 days from the expiry date will do:

Achieve level in	Maintain level till
Jan - Mar	30 Jun
Apr - Jun	30 Sep
Jul - Sep	31 Dec
Oct - Dec	31 Mar

i think u better don't wait, cos according to faq is after 6th and if ur statement is on 6th, u might need to wait till evening only can reload, else it might still fall into ur statement date as well.
