actually it's very easy to maintain lvl 4, that's almost 2.299% cb for base coin without extra shake yet, if got extra more cb.

i got problem verify my wife acc using dual apps but log out from my main apps and login her acc then can verify already.

My Bigpay and UOB also cannot topup
This is the reason they blocked me

I’ve no issue to top up by using my own 19 CCs.

i complained to CS and opened report. now what can i do is wait...

yes i also have more than 10 CC, but they still block me because "using multiple cards"

i never cash out or transfer to bank SA still kena kacau by Boost! And i only have  1 Account with my IC.

problem is taking the selfie,
it keep saying unable to  focus face, have to keep repeating selfie few times and when finally taken selfie it will spin and spin and
then showed "sorry Upgrade Failed" straight away..

I would expect  after submitted IC and selfie, Boost staffs would have to review it first before any decision,
but this is like failed at the stage of trying to submit verification to Boost

Can check whether your name in boost account same as IC?

I think I activated it accidentally as I dont even have an unionpay credit card so I didnt know when was it activated lol

i am fed up with the CS reply, standard copy paste no help at all.

Boost system is haphazard, your account already verified it can come back and kacau u to verify
and yet u dont bother to verify again it still functions like verified premium wallet

Hi, is it something wrong with my premium wallet status? Why I'm still asked to upgrade to premium one, the status is still 'basic'?
