i was thinking to apply OCBC credit card to topup RM1500 (cashback 1%)
then transfer out to my own account
and use the RM1498 (withdrawal charge cap at RM2) to my own account to pay credit card

summary

transfer out 1498
pay RM1485
earn RM13 from there
and get advance cash RM1498 to earn interest

FYI Boost is losing money, not "making $ out of this". Boost need to pay 0.5%-1% to Maybank if you use a credit card to top up.

Go into super shake screen (from home screen, scroll down under explore exciting features - 2nd link) > Top right icon > bottom right label: Closed.

Boost do send in app notification to alert you to do shake. With extended Super shake 'home grown edition' campaign, you still have 6 weeks left to place entries with token and chances to win something or 1 of the 2500 consolation price (RM20).

I have been trying every possible way for the past 6 days. 

Just now I decided to follow your advice & spend all of my wallet's amount, i.e. RM1,000.xx, I want to try my luck & see if the app allows me to top up when the balance is low. So I decided to make payment to SSPN even though there is no mission available. Then I paid SSPN with RM100. After the payment & shake, I thought of trying to top up again. To my surprise, there is a response to the top-up "arrow" button. So I quickly top up the wallet to a maximum of RM1,499.xx via BP. I am glad that it was successful. 

So for the time being, it is back to work again after 6 days. 

Regarding top up by BP, I have tried many times topping up with large amount and smaller amount. When try to top up with big amount, i.e. 1k and above, sure failed. When topping up below 1k, it works fine. It should be ok if you can try with smaller amount.
