i just use gsc apps to purchase movie ticket and pay by boost ...but unsucessful...payment not deducted but ticket status pending....

so...should i proceed for new purchase or how?

actually this is the first time im using boost to pay for purchase ticket.

when we process payment, do we need to key in our pin no. before they connect and pay?

cause i haven key in any pin for the payment....after i key pay only the screen show error.

The total monthly spend is based on calendar month?

My iPhone is Malaysia set. All the while no issue. Suddently my account can’t be topped up by all my cards. I tried with Android phone, same issue occurs.

Contacted CS, they keep asking with bank, which card and ask me to top up with other cards. They seems can’t understand what is “all” cards. There is no urgency, just take their own sweet time. Whether they really helping me or not, I don’t know. I’m waiting blindingly.

I don’t know what is Boost system logic. But I am using my own cards to top up my only Boost account. So I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong. They don’t give any reason & don’t bother to solve it. It’s unfair to the user. That’s why I need BNM to step in. Let’s see if there is any fairness in this world.

Found an alternatives for my regular spending. Without Boost, life still goes on, but I still want to fight for my right.

Because sure got 3 times i will fully withdraw my money in wallet out to my bank account, will it consider as cash advancement and get banned?

There are 2 missions in Boost, both is pay any bill RM400 will get RM5. One need 200 coins while the other need 400 coins. Logically should activate the one with 200 coins right? But when i check the TnC of the 200 coins one, it said limited to 6000 boost users but the users that activated it already reached 8k. So does this means that i will not get the RM5 even if i activated with 200 coins now and completed the mission?

Is there still daily transaction limit / daily transfer limit ? As I can’t find it in boost tnc now..

saw a mission where top up RM30 cumulatively into Yoodo wallet will get RM5 CB. Does this means the top up is done in Yoodo, which link to Boost as payment method? I don't see any option to top up Yoodo in Boost. Thanks
