Your case couldn't be technical problem whether there's a disruption of information being relayed due to poor Internet quality connection.
Most of the cases, it'll be reversed!

CS "solved" my ticket by forwarding it to the technical team.
A case number is given.
What shall I do? Open a new ticket?
