I'm still waiting for them for reversal of double charge.
This brilliant CS called Nicole told me refresh my wallet to check if the reversal is in and close my ticket as SOLVED.
I submit a new screenshot on the reply and ask to re-open the ticket. WTF!
Not sure if she even "investigate"

Scam victim is under police commercial department justification right?
BNM is only offering awareness education and preventive measures.

I doubt BNM will read those emails.
The best is just they copy and paste from the pre-defined template.

Doesn't mean you can't use it at other place.
It is a prepaid credit card and it has physical card.

Hype == yeah, AMEX can be used to reload Boost. I can reload kao kao

Fuss == failed to add/top up/OTP required/shitty app not responsive/slow

For this stupid pre-authorization charge, I had a heavy argument with my friend.

My friend outraged on me and asking if there's any fee charged by Boost for topping Boost with credit card.
I said no.
Then he further demanded clarification on why Boost is asking to charge RM 4
I told him that it's a pre-authorization for adding new card and will be reversed almost instantly.
Then, he seems like not convinced.
I asked him to contact his bank CS to get my story validated.
Lastly, he sarcastically said that if got refund, then good lah! I was like WTF
I can't take it and requested him to just use online fund transfer to top up Boost.
