TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF JUNE ONLINE BOOST DAY CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

8 June 2020 from 00:00 to 23:59 (Malaysia Time)

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

CATEGORY A : UPSIZE CASHBACK

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM 180 in a single transaction at any Boost online partner’s website or mobile app listed below and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM 3 cashback (“Boost Main Wallet Cashback”), in addition to the partner wallet cashback which shall be credited as per the terms and conditions of each of the respective partner wallet campaign which is currently ongoing.

2. Each eligible Customer may only receive one (1) Boost Main Wallet Cashback under this category.
3. The Boost Main Wallet Cashback:
    a. is limited to the first 2,000 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period; and
    b. will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the date of the Transaction.

For the avoidance of doubt:
a. if the cashback limit allocated for each of the respective partner wallet campaign has been reached, the Customer will only get the Boost Main Wallet Cashback;
b. if the Customer has received the respective partner wallet cashback prior to the Campaign Period, the Customer will only get the Boost Main Wallet Cashback; and
c. the Boost Main Wallet cashback is not subject to any cashback utilization validity period.

CATEGORY B : RM2 CASHBACK

1. Customers who spend a minimum of RM 60 in a single transaction at any Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Online Shopping Apptile listed below and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM 2 cashback (“Cashback”).

2. Cashback is limited to the first eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.
3. Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of two (2) Cashbacks under his category.
4. The Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account within three (3) working days from the date of Transaction.
