Does top up boost credit considered as transaction?
Someone mentioned that Boost restrict top up sspn to once per day per account? So can't split payment within a day.?

i am trying to redeem my coin with cash but always unsuccessful one ?

1 got 0

Paid bill Rm401, got 802 coins + shake 401 coins (but shake reward said x 1.5), i should get 601.5 coins instead correct ?

then made another bill payment Rm501, got 1,002 coins + shake 3,006 (shake reward said x4)

im confused already how they calculate     

out of the most recent 7 transactions since 1/11, only 3 transactions are given shake reward coins. the new system is very bad actually. level 2 anyway

Hi, anyone can comment on the security level of boost? Is it safe?

I've downloaded the app and kept it for about a month but i didn't use it. A few days ago, a sms came saying i won Rm8,888 based on my hp number and asked to click on the blog link of boost. All looked so real but i was a bit skeptical so i decided to contact Boost Fb page. They said it's a fake. That same night i saw a WhatsApp call coming with boost logo but i just ignored it.

Definitely, but my point is how such scammers can access Boost database? Isn't it unsafe if i link my credit card or take a photo of my IC to make it premium?

you are assuming the leak is from boost database.

do you know non-boost users also getting the fake sms?
user info already been leaked many times.
fraudsters are simply just blasting fake sms to everyone. sooner or later, it will reach someone with boost (e.g. you), then later someone did the stupid thing by clicking/responding to the fake sms. then bingo!

it's all about probability.
you were not targeted. you were just one of the many numbers fraudster is targeting with the broad SMS targeting.

any way to topup to boost when my credit cards cannot be saved?

I made a RM200 transaction and shake the rewards.  Screen does show 400 boost coin during shake. But when enter again " My shake rewards" is showing 0 coin.

Ask CS, always tell me extra boost coin is given randomly and sometimes will get 0 coin. But I told them during shake I did see there is showing amount instead 0. No more reply from them.

Are you saying that  during shake the extra boost coin rewards, when it show 400 means I have to 400 - 400 basic coin = 0 coin extra?

I don't think you get 0 point. You will get the base 2800 points if I am not wrong. Check your points history. Don't mislead others.

shake reward seems weird, it says i gotten e.g 500 coins but when i click keep it & scroll back it show 0 coins. it meant to be so ??
