Same thing happens to me for several transactions since last week (feb-20). Haven't exceed RM8 at that time.

On another scenario, i spent RM400+ on 31.01.2020 in one go and didn't get tracked. So i clicked on claim missing CB and submit the necessary supporting. Today received an email from CS saying that the cashback of RM9+ has been added to my pending CB. No idea how they works but i guess will only know after 120days whether the CB are indeed confirmed.

At shopback app, go to cash back page > click activity > find the date and time that u clicked before u purchase > click on the word "clicked" > click here to report missing CB > then follow the instruction to submit all the info n supporting needed

each mission has its own quota for redemption, and written in their T&C. you can check it. some, you can redeem once, some twice, some unlimited.

previously, fully redeemed doesn't mean that you got no chance. if someone took up the mission and failed to complete it, it will open up for next redemption again. not sure if now still working the same.
