sounds horrible. the problem with Boost is their CS is so unresponsive to reply email, this is real money and they should take this seriously.

I emailed Boost CS last week on the email exclusive mission cb, which I scan and pay at shell station. Yesterday they replied me that I have got 2 times shell CB already, so not entitle.

But I am saying the email exclusive mission CB, so scan and pay at shell is not considered as scan and pay transaction to fulfill the special email mission?

I emailed 2 weeks ago, CS replied 1 week after and asked me to submit my screenshot of email and transaction.

then I sent the required screenshot (though I think is unnecessary, they should have my a/c details with my hp no.), no reply for 1 week already... yawn.gif

Hi all Sifus, accumulated 3000+ coins in the boost.

Currently the highest cash to redeem is RM20 (1800 coins), is there any better way to use up the coins? or will there be better promotions later?
