Having trouble verifying my boost account. I have done it numerous times over weeks in different places/lightings but boost keep saying photo does not match ic.    [TnG straightaway can verify me in 1 try.]  So any idea how to solve this?

Something tells me its effective 1st Sept. Just now I cant pay with Boost anymore over counter even for advance booking.

Anyone know what is this?

Is it normal to get charged RM4 for adding money using CIMB debit card?
Supposed to be refunded back, but until yesterday still haven't.
Almost a week already.

Should I contact CS about this, or is this supposed to be the transaction fee for topping up your Boost wallet?

First u have to go round looking for station that accepts it and staffs trained to redeem. After that I will just go to those which I am comfortable with. Voucher lasts 1 month.

Tried to top up Boost with Big Pay master card, however it keeps failing.

Not that this is related with Boost, but apparently you can pay your bills using Shopee Apps now.

See below image for what you can pay bills to:

All this time, I'm paying all my bill using Boost due to it's Shake Rewards.
But now using Shopee, even better because

(1) You can use your coins
(2) You receive cashback too but via Coins

Just tried to pay my Astro bill just now. I pay RM30 and use 800 of my coins, so total amoaunt paid is only RM22. RM8 saved there and managed to receive 90 coins (RM0.90) cashback.
And to my surprise, it was updated instantly to the Astro Portal.


This is a new competitor to Boost, not to mention Bigpay also enabled the Bank Transfer with only RM0.50 fee instead of Boost RM2.
So 2 major punch to Boost in a week.

you have to request from CS

ask cs to provide the transaction history,

They will give u in an excel file format.

It can use for personal  use/ If u want to use  it for official claim from company , will be no suitable as it is excel  file who also can edit.

Is it possible to get the statement/ledger via CS? How to check transactions done that are not showed anymore in the app?

Anyone has issue with the arrow icon next to the typed top up amount when loading the boost account? Using my iphone, there is no response at all when i click the arrow button.
