It's a known issue that Boost hasn't had a solution for this bug. My temporary solution to you is to use your current balance until an amount less than 1k. Keeping using until you are able to top up again. Let me know if it works for you. This temporary solution works for me perfectly. biggrin.gif

I have totally given up on Boost support. They only know how to provide template answers. Ask you to do this do that. tongue.gif

Actually you don’t have to transfer out. Just spend until slightly below 1k then ok. Then top up to max & transfer out.
