Do you use the "Auto add money"?

I think the Merdeka app release on 23/8 got bug.

Are you using iOS as well. I was topping a few times this morning also no issue. I didn't do anything, suddenly it can't in the afternoon.

You mean my issue is because of "Location permission"?

I have contacted CS several times. Until now, no solution for me.

I think the recent Merdeka app release got bug for iOS. CS just don’t want to admit it.

Are you using iPhone 7 with iOS version 10.1? You didn’t update to the latest iOS version?

Mine is also iOS 12.4 & Boost 1.0.80. It was fine until 1/9 12:11 am. After that, I didn't try.

Until 1/9 afternoon, it won't work but version remains the same. Then CS asked me to make sure all versions updated, so I try to update iOS to 12.4.1 & Boost 1.0.80 same version. Result still the same.

I guess maybe later you will encounter this issue as well. Because few days ago when a few forumers reported the issue, I was no issue at all.

Did you do anything to resolve the "arrow" no response issue?

Boost still unable to solve my issue. My issue started since 1 Sep 2019.

CS keep suggesting logout relogin, uninstall reinstall, update latest version, bla bla bla. And then marked as solved. I tell them don’t close it without receiving confirmation from customer. Terrible support.

Everything are fine except that I can’t top up, top up “arrow” button does not have any response since 1 Sep. Not sure is iOS version 12.4.1 issue or Boost 1.0.80 issue or combination issue.

I tried it for 2 times, issue still exist.

Conspiracy - suspect Boost is blocking certain users on purpose. It was fine until after my last top up to YOLO on 1 Sep.

That means this issue is related to the “Auto Add Money” feature.

I have been trying every possible way for the past 6 days.

Just now I decided to follow your advice & spend all of my wallet's amount, i.e. RM1,000.xx, I want to try my luck & see if the app allows me to top up when the balance is low. So I decided to make payment to SSPN even though there is no mission available. Then I paid SSPN with RM100. After the payment & shake, I thought of trying to top up again. To my surprise, there is a response to the top-up "arrow" button. So I quickly top up the wallet to a maximum of RM1,499.xx via BP. I am glad that it was successful.

So for the time being, it is back to work again after 6 days.

Regarding top up by BP, I have tried many times topping up with large amount and smaller amount. When try to top up with big amount, i.e. 1k and above, sure failed. When topping up below 1k, it works fine. It should be ok if you can try with smaller amount.

Boost is so problematic. I can’t add Citi CBPV to Boost. When contacted Citiphone, they said no issue with my card, they suggest me to contact Boost. Added the card to BP & Grab, no issue.

It is not possible to change default browser on iOS without jailbreak.

As if iOS is lousy compared to Android. Nothing to do with Boost app. Boost app is superb!
