Answer:

The logic they set in the backend is pretty make sense.
Since P2P & Spend shares the monthly limit after 18/5/2020 and you had spent 4500 before this, you'll have an extra buffer of 499. Well, they're still nice of not penalizing with the amount that you had transferred earlier under P2P.

It was a very good tool for cash recycling from credit card especially when one has multiple premium accounts on multiple phones/dual app/dual space/virtual space/second space/private space/secure folder.
