Good for you then.
With cash out feature will be removed very soon, I don't intend to keep a lot of balance in Boost anymore.
Probably just < RM 200 for small amount purchases at the stalls.

I got problem adding Boost to Samsung Pay.
The front line CS forwarded my request to the next level support and closed my ticket.
Until today, nobody from the next level support attend my case.
I solved my problem from Samsung Pay thread.

One of the premium will be downgraded back to Basic.
The crackdown and cleanup has been started since they announced the newly reborn premium wallet feature.

Not sure how's the SOP but at the end of day after 18/5/2020, you can have only 1 premium and the other dupes will be at Basic.

Simultaneous login/usage: Boost App is launched at the same time.
Even they're not used at the same time but not sure if there's any background activity with Boost server when data and/or WiFi on.

If your account is Basic, you need to do KYC to become Premium.
So that will answer your question.

Premium + Verified -> No action required
Premium + Unverified -> To upgrade, perform KYC; do nothing will downgrade back to Basic
