lol i was wondering does boost actually broke any Malaysia law by not honoring the promised reward to it's customer?

lol.. raised comment in app to CS for the missing reward, instead of the usual marked "SOLVED" and close case, now they direct delete my question totally, as if it never happened before..

Just tried reload 1000 with BP again and OTP issue remain.

reload with Amex RM500, triggered OTP and successfully topup
paid indah water RM500 and get RM2 shake lol reload with BP still trigger OTP and fail.. |

Reload with Amex and FCB this morning.
